Engine 84 was purchased from the Coal Valley Fire Protection District Several years ago and has been in service with the Barstow Fire Protection District since then. The artwork on the front of the vehicle graced the Engine when in service with Coal Valley and Has not been altered or removed since we have commissioned the vehicle. It was created by Cory Wiseman a former member of the Coal Valley Fire Protection District and now member of Colona Community Fire Protection District. This Truck is a primary response vehicle for structure fires, mutual aide calls, and as a backup pumper for all other incidents.
